We are writing this letter in regards to one of your agents, Joseph Gallo. We were very pleased with his efforts in the selling of our condo located at 19083 Grandview Ave. in the city of Yorba Linda. We had our condo listed with Century 21 for one year prior to listing it with Joseph with no success. When Joseph called us, I explained to him that we owed more on our property than what it was worth because of the way the market values had dropped. He immediately told me about a "Short Sale" and made arrangements to contact our bank. It was very apparent that Joseph was willing to put much more work into selling our condo than the previous agent was. After approximately 3 months, Joseph had sold our condo. he walked her neighborhood in the mornings handing out his weekly
fliers. As the weeks passed we would always see him about the same
time and day. We started to talk to him about some future plans that
we had as a couple and for our family. Trust in a realtor was very
important to both of us, because our castle is our castle. We were
blending families and we needed a large enough house for all of us
and in the right area of Yorba Linda for the right schools. Joseph
